NY corrections officers charged in death of handcuffed inmate Robert Brooks

A group of corrections officers faces charges in the beating death of inmate Robert Brooks at an upstate New York prison, in a violent incident that was caught on camera. The officers pleaded not guilty to the charges, which include second-degree murder for some. NBC New York’s Charles Watson reports.
