NJ woman mistakenly billed for two loans instead of one

Paying off student loans can be a major challenge, especially when it feels like the price of everything seemingly continues to climb. Then there’s the case of one woman in New Jersey who said she got a bill for a loan she says she never took out. NBC New York’s Lynda Baquero reports.
