NJ cannabis businesses still waiting to open, frustrating owners

What’s the hold-up with legal cannabis consumption lounges in New Jersey? Some dispensary owners are growing frustrated because they invested big bucks to build lounges, but can’t yet open because the state’s regulatory process for applications has been very slow. NBC New York’s Ted Greenberg reports.
