Newborn baby found abandoned in sidewalk in Manhattan

The baby found abandoned on the sidewalk in Chelsea is so new to the world, its umbilical cord was still attached when he was found without a blanket or even a diaper by a homeless man and doorman in a shocking discovery in the middle of the night.
