New Yorkers With Past Marijuana Convictions to Get 1st Retail Permits

In an effort to right some previous wrongs, the first marijuana retail licenses in New York will go to those who have past arrests for selling the drug when it was illegal, the state said. NBC New York’s Lynda Baquero reports.
