New York Attorney General investing millions to combat teen vaping

New York Attorney General Letitia James is distributing more than $100 million among counties across the state in the fight against teen vaping. It’s part of a major settlement from e-cigarette maker JUUL and officials hope the funding will keep young people from ever starting to vape, or help them quit. NBC New York’s Pei-Sze Cheng reports.
