New video shows SUV driver's dangerous rampage against pedestrians in Bronx

Surveillance video obtained exclusively by NBC New York shows what police said is the moment a man plowed his SUV into a group of people in a Bronx parking lot. Five people were sent to the hospital, and police were still looking for the driver. NBC New York’s Gaby Acevedo reports on what led up to the incident.
