Schiff Questions Trump's Decision to Appoint Inaugural Donor Over Career Official in Ukraine

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., suggests in questions to former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch that President Donald Trump removed her from her diplomatic post so that he could appoint someone more sympathetic to his foreign policy agenda, like a “top donor to his inauguration.”
