Raw: Deadly Floods Ravage Peru, Woman Escapes Mudslide
A dozen people in Peru have died in the last three days as a result of dangerous flooding and mudslides that are now threatening the capital. In one dramatic moment caught on video, stunned residents watched as a woman escaped after being swept into an avalanche of mud, wood debris and farm animals about 32 miles south of downtown Lima. The woman was carried to an ambulance and sustained minor injuries.
