MTA moves forward with accessibility upgrades despite congestion pricing pause

Despite the pause on congestion pricing, the MTA said it is moving forward with accessibility upgrades to a number of subway stations. On Monday, for the first time, Rep. Hakeem Jeffries said he thought the pause on congestion pricing should be temporary. NBC New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
