MTA increasing enforcement to cut down on fare evasion, which is rampant on buses

The MTA said nearly half of all bus riders in the city don’t pay for their trips. The number of fare beaters is lower on the subways, which is where the MTA is focusing their efforts. NBC New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
