Moynihan Train Hall Finally Opens in Manhattan

The Farley Post Office on Eighth Avenue and 34th Street has finally been transformed into the Moynihan Train Hall, which harkens back to the grandeur of the previous version of Penn Station. NBC New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
