Man in Canada accused of plotting terror attack targeting Jewish people in NYC

The suspect planned to launch an antisemitic attack around Oct. 7, the date Hamas attacked Israel in 2023. This year, that date falls right between the Jewish high holy days of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Among the targets would have been a Jewish center in Brooklyn.
