There is new information about the man accused in a deadly Manhattan stabbing rampage, as 51-year-old Ramon Rivera appeared in court on three counts of first-degree murder. In the wake of the killings, NYC Mayor Eric Adams said he would go to Albany to fight for a new law, seeking to have psychiatric units no longer be able to release potentially dangerous patients.
