Woman, 21, Charged With Stabbing Death of NJ Man: Prosecutor

A 21-year-old woman was arrested and charged with stabbing a man to death in New Jersey, prosecutors said Saturday. 

Rabia Allen, of Newark, was charged with murder and weapons charges, the acting Essex County Prosecutor and Newark Public Safety Director announced. 

Gibril Young, 26, of Newark, was found with a stab wound on Thursday with a stab wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene on Parker Avenue in Newark. 

Allen was being held at the Essex County Correctional Facility. It wasn't clear if she had an attorney.
