Two Teens Hurt in Brooklyn Firework Accident

According to the NYPD, two teens in East Flatbush were playing found fireworks when one of them went off in a teen’s hand, leaving him badly injured. Debris also struck the other teen. NBC New York’s Gaby Acevedo reports.
