Storm Team 4 is tracking Tropical Storm Barry as it moves through the Gulf Coast.
The storm has knocked out power to thousands of people and threatens millions with heavy rains and wind gusts.
It was briefly upgraded to a hurricane Saturday morning, but weakened to a tropical storm as it made landfall near Louisiana around 2 p.m., according to the National Hurricane Center.
Barry is expected to drop 10 inches to 20 inches of rain across south-central Louisiana and southwest Mississippi, according to the National Weather Service.
