Two men have been arrested in the shooting of a 3-year-old Brooklyn boy who was playing in a sprinkler Sunday afternoon, and police are still searching for a third suspect, authorities said.
Stanley Williams, 20, and Antonio McCloud, 22, were arrested on charges of attempted murder, assault and weapons possession and were being held Monday. It wasn't immediately clear if they had attorneys.
Williams was a getaway driver and McCloud was one of the shooters involved in a gun battle that caught the little boy in the crossfire at a neighborhood park, police said.
A third man, 20-year-old Jashid Chambers, and a fourth suspect are still being sought in the shootings.
It's still not clear who fired the shot that struck the 3-year-old.
Isaiah Gonzalez was in a playground sprinkler when he was shot around 4:15 p.m. Sunday at the Roosevelt Houses at 383 Pulaski St. in Bedford-Stuyvesant, authorities said.
He was taken to Kings County Hospital and is expected to recover.

"The first thing that goes off in your head -- that could have been my kid," said Shamicka Anderson, a mother of three who lives nearby. "I just hope they lock them up for what they've done."
The boy's shooting is the latest in a streak of summertime violence. On July 4, an MTA police officer was stabbed in the eye. The following day, an NYPD officer was shot at a Lower East Side housing project. From January to June, shootings are up 7.9 percent in New York City compared with the same period last year.
"I hope this week is just an aberration," Mayor Bloomberg said. "We're working as hard as we can to stop it -- it's just an outrage."
Mayor Bloomberg visited the boy and his family at the hospital Monday. An aide said he preferred to keep their conversation private.
