The MTA says A, C and F subway trains are running with delays in both directions because of an investigation at the Jay Street-Metro Tech station.
The MTA didn't immediately say what the investigation was.
One subway rider tweeted that he was stuck on a train halfway into the Fulton Street station because of a power outage.
"They are manually exiting people from the train because all letter trains are experiecing a power outage," he tweeted. "The train conductor said that the train completely lost power in the tunnel but was able to slide partway into the station because of its weight."
A power outage to an F train near Manhattan's Broadway-Lafayette station created a nightmare during the evening rush on Monday when riders got trapped in a dark, steamy train inside a tunnel for 45 minutes.
