Second Woman Accuses Scott Stringer of Sexual Misconduct

A second woman has accused NYC Comptroller and Democratic mayoral hopeful Scott Stringer of sexual misconduct, saying he grabbed her while she was an 18-year-old waitress at a restaurant he co-owned in the early 1990s. NBC New York’s Melissa Russo reports.
