Savannah Server's Offender Arrested for Sexual Battery

A man was arrested for sexual battery at Vinnie Van Go-Go's in Savannah.

On June 30th, the suspect Ryan Cherwinski, 31 from Palm Bay, Florida, used his left hand to grope a female server as he walked past her. She grabbed him by the collar and slammed him into a wall.

The server, Emelia Patricia Holden, described the incident to the police when they arrived and it was confirmed by the video surveillance, according to police spokeswoman Bianca Johnson.

The video went to the front page of Reddit and received 50-thousand upvotes.

Holden posted comments about the incident on her Facebook page thanking people for their support. One of the posts read:

"What's done is done, he got what he deserved and I'm just trying to live my life."
