Plan to Remove 400 Parking Spaces in Central Park West for Bike Lane Approved

After a heated debate regarding a proposal for a new bike lane, a Manhattan community board voted Tuesday to remove 400 parking spaces between 59th and 110th along Central Park west. Wale Aliyu reports.
