Privileged Parking Permit Holders Fume at Port Authority

Parking lot owners near local airports have shelled out millions to the Port Authority, but they say they aren’t getting anything they were promised. And the consumers are the real losers, forced to pay more for the official lots because they don’t know what they’re getting at the cheaper, unregulated lots. The I-Team’s Pei-Sze Cheng reports.
