Service on the Newark-World Trade Center PATH has been restored after firefighters put out a fire along a section of its train tracks.
The Kearny Fire Department said it received a call for a fire on the Hackensack Bridge, which contains a set of PATH train tracks, over the Hackensack River shortly after 3 p.m.
It's not clear what caused the fire.
Passengers should expect residual delays.
