NYC Weighs Bedbug Task Force

With bedbug complaints on the rise throughout New York City, the City Council is considering a bill that would create a task force to stamp out the creepy crawlies.

The legislation would create a Bed Bug Advisory Board made up of an exterminator and an entomologist. It also would include officials from the city health, sanitation and housing agencies.

The team would have to issue recommendations on addressing the city's bedbug problem.
