Police have arrested a man they believe shot and killed a New York father as he parked a minivan outside a Bronx deli last month.
Fredrick Jones, 26, of the Bronx, was arrested Tuesday and charged with murder and criminal possession of a firearm.
Jones was wanted in connection with the death of 37-year-old Jose Ingles, a father of three who was shot and killed as he parked outside a corner deli in Hunts Point.
Police say surveillance footage shows Ingles double-parking his van outside of the corner deli on May 4. A woman gets out of the van and goes into the deli. Moments later, two men come up to the van, one on each side, and the man on the driver's side opens fire on Ingles.
The two men are seen running away on foot just before the woman leaves the store and also takes off.
Police spoke to the woman, but she was not arrested. The other suspect is still on the loose.

Last month, Ingles' brother, Abraham Martinez, told NBC New York that police needed to arrest the suspects so that Ingles' three daughters could have closure. He also said he wished he could see his slain brother one more time.
"I would have always loved to have said as sincerely as I could, that 'I love you,' if I knew it was going to be the last time I was going to talk to him," Martinez said.
