Police are searching for the man who they say walked up to another man and stabbed him in Lower Manhattan over the weekend.
The 45-year-old victim was in Lower Manhattan shortly before 6 p.m. Saturday when the suspect approached him.
Police say the suspect took out some sort of object and stabbed the 45-year-old man in his upper arm, causing a puncture wound.
The victim was not seriously injured, police said.
The suspect took off after the attack. Police say they’re searching for a 20-something-year-old man with a muscular build.
Surveillance video released by police on Monday shows the suspect carrying a blue shopping bag and a knapsack.
