Mayor Bloomberg got testy on his radio show Friday morning while defending the delay in the city’s bike-sharing program.
Mayor Michael Bloomberg says New York City's bike-share program has been delayed until next spring.
He says the delay is due to software problems.
A partial rollout was supposed to begin in July.
The plan is to eventually have 10,000 bikes at 600 docking stations around the city.
People would pay a $95 annual fee to ride the blue, 3-speed bikes.
Short-term users, including tourists, would be able to sign up too.
The program is being sponsored by Citigroup.
