NYC and Billy Idol Launch New Campaign to End Idling Cars

In an effort to battle idling cars in NYC, Mayor de Blasio let out his rebel yell and has enlisted the help of rocker Billy Idol to cash in on his name and promote the program. Speaking of cashing in, one Upper West Side resident has turned ratting out idling drivers into a source of income … or Mony Mony. NBC New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
