A stalled train at Penn Station is causing delays on nearly all New Jersey Transit lines.
It's not clear what caused the train to become disabled in one of the Hudson River tunnels connecting New York and New Jersey at around 9 p.m.
NJ Transit says train service in and out of Penn Station is subject to 30-minute delays.
