New Push to Legalize Electric Bikes and Scooters in NYC

E-bikes and e-scooters are the bane of New York City drivers but the foundation of the food delivery industry here. Now there’s a new push to quickly legalize them, especially ahead of the L train shutdown that will offer an option to commuters. Not everyone is thrilled with seeing more electric bikes and scooters on the road, however. Rana Novini reports.
