The summer of hell hasn't quite started yet for tri-state commuters, but riders on one NJ Transit train got a sneak preview Wednesday morning.
Pascack Valley Line trains were delayed for most passengers during the morning rush hour due to a disabled train at Teterboro.
One passenger on the disabled train told News 4 New York via Twitter that there was no delay announcement and that power was off for at least 20 minutes.
The train that followed had delays as well. The expected 8:20 a.m. arrival into Hoboken was delayed 40 minutes for the morning commuters.
