An argument inside a fast food restaurant in Harlem turned deadly when one man pulled out a boxcutter and allegedly stabbed another, killing him, witnesses and authorities say.

According to police, two couples began arguing near the corner of 125th Street and Lexington Avenue Friday, and both men took out weapons. One of the men stabbed the other, and then stabbed a woman involved in the argument.

Video obtained by The Daily News shows two women tussling over an item, and then a man in fatigues rushes in and then grabs and stabs one of the women.

The stabbed man, who was in his 30s, and the stabbed 46-year-old woman were rushed to Harlem Hospital, where the man died. The woman is in critical condition.

Witness Tyrell James said "there were people on the floor. The dude was on the floor crying, purple-faced -- there was a lot of blood."

Some witnesses said the argument may have started over an umbrella but the motive in the stabbing remains unclear.

Police said they have a 46-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman in custody. The man in custody was identified as Jesus Santiago from the Bronx. He has been charged with second degree murder, attempted murder and assault.
