Man on Scooter Struck By NYPD Cruiser During Bronx Pursuit, Witnesses Say

Surveillance video showed a police car plow into a man on a scooter in the Mott Haven neighborhood. Witnesses said they saw police chasing a car, but the department did not confirm whether they were in pursuit at the time, or if the officer was responding to the call.
