Police say they have arrested a man who allegedly raped a child in the Bronx.
Virgilio Ocampo, 33, is accused of raping a 7-year-old girl in Soundview in December. Police say he knew the girl and had been looking for him for more than a week.
Charges against Ocampo included rape, predatory sex assault against a child and sexual abuse.
Information on a lawyer for Ocampo was not immediately available.
