Family Pleads Judge to Let Detained Deliveryman Stay

A judge is set to decide the fate of an Ecuadorian man who had been living in the country illegally. Pablo Villavicencio-Calderon was arrested after delivering a pizza to a Brooklyn military base. Now, his wife made a plea to the judge to let him return to his family and stay in the country. But as News 4’s Melissa Russo reports, ICE says he’s a fugitive who failed to leave the country eight years ago.
