A 64-year-old man was killed after being hit by a car in an East Harlem parking lot Monday afternoon, police say.
Anthony Githere, 64, was found unconscious on the ground at 224 East 125th St. at about 4:30 p.m., police said.
He was taken to Harlem Hospital and was pronounced dead on arrival.
Police say the car stayed on the scene after the wreck. The investigation is ongoing.
