Police are looking for a bank robber who made his getaway on a bike Thursday in Manhattan.
The man first tried to rob a bank on 5th Avenue around 9:30 a.m., but was unsuccessful, police said.
Police say he tried to rob another on Park Avenue just three minutes later, but was again unsuccessful.
About 20 minutes later, he walked into a bank on First Avenue and was able to get away with $1,000 in cash.
Police released surveillance video of the suspect. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
