The alleged brick thrower who chucked a piece of concrete from a Bronx rooftop onto a moving MTA bus below, injuring a 19-year-old rider inside, has been captured on surveillance video, police say.
The brick hit the MTA bus as it moved along Ogden Avenue Sunday night, ripping open the top of the bus and hurting the teen passenger inside, police said. There were 25 people on the bus at the time.
The victim was taken to a hospital with a leg injury and is expected to be OK.
The MTA says the bus, which was on its route in Highbridge at the time, was taken out of service. The investigation is ongoing.
Police have released video of the suspect, who's seen climbing stairs to the building rooftop and deliberately covering his head and face with a sweater.
