Anthony Hennis got into the dispute with photographers outside the Brownsville home where the family lives. He did not comment on the investigation.

His son, Antiq Hennis, was shot in the head Sunday evening, and authorities have said it may have been gang-related, with his father the intended target.

Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said Monday that Hennis, who was pushing the stroller when the baby was gunned down, has not cooperated.

Hennis, 21, had gone to pick up Antiq at the home of the baby's mother, Cherise Miller, and take him to visit Hennis' grandmother, police said.

On Tuesday, Miller described her feelings of loss.

"I don't know what to do, nobody can replace him, like, it's too much," she said. "He was just one years old."

Four shots were fired, and one hit Antiq in the left side of his head; he was declared dead on arrival at a hospital. Two bullets were found in his stroller.

Police are offering a $12,000 reward for information leading to the gunman's arrest.
