An ambulance with two EMTs but no patients aboard was knocked on its side in a car crash in Lyndhurst on Monday afternoon.
Authorities say multiple people were taken to hospitals after a car going north and an ambulance going east crashed on Second Avenue and Ridge Road.
The impact of the crash caused the ambulance to flip over and land on top of an unoccupied parked car.
None of the injuries were life threatening.
Video shot by a bystander showed first responders trying to get inside the ambulance in the frantic moments after the crash.
Neighbor Steven Grecco said he was in his house when he heard the crash.
"I came out to see there was a whole bunch of smoke, the ambulance was upside down on top of the car," he said.
