A woman who received probation last month in Denver for punching a JetBlue airline attendant who tried to stop her from smoking on a flight has been arrested on new assault allegations.
Thirty-six-year-old Christina Elizabeth Szele, of Queens, was arrested Sunday in New York after authorities said she punched her sister-in-law and pulled her hair.
A federal judge in Denver has revoked Szele's bond, and she'll return to his courtroom for a hearing.
On Feb. 5, Judge John Kane sentenced Szele to five years probation after she pleaded guilty to interfering with a crew member. He also ordered her to pay restitution and seek drug, alcohol and anger management counseling.
Szele shouted racial slurs and punched an attendant on a JetBlue flight from New York to San Francisco in June, authorities said.
The plane was diverted to Denver, where Szele was arrested.
