A 33-year-old man was shot and killed early Tuesday at a popular sports bar in Times Square, police say.
The victim, identified as Perseus Salichs, of Manhattan, was shot just outside Tonic Bar around 4 a.m., according to witnesses and police. The shooting started after some sort of argument, police said.
A witness who works across the street told NBC 4 New York that he didn't see any sort of altercation, but that the suspect just shot the victim, wordlessly, as the victim walked out of the bar.
"There was no fight or anything like that," the witness said. "It was so quiet. They just came out of the club and we heard the shot."
Another witness told News 4 that the bar had just closed and people were pouring out onto the sidewalk when the man was shot.
Salichs was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, officials said.

No arrests have been made.
Seventh Avenue between 49th and 48th streets was closed as police investigated. It reopened by 11 a.m.
