A man was killed and six people were injured in a four car accident in the Bronx early Sunday morning, authorities said.
According to police, a 54-year-old man was speeding near West 228th Street and Marble Hill Avenue, when he tried to drive between a car stopped at a red light and another parked vehicle around 4:30 a.m. Sunday.
The driver hit both cars, causing a collision with another car. Police identified the driver as William Hay, of the Bronx.
Hay was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said. Six others were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
