Jeffrey Maddrey's first interview since sexual misconduct complaint filed against him

NBC New York’s David Ushery sat down for an interview with former NYPD Chief of Department Jeffrey Maddrey, a week after graphic and salacious reports that he demanded sex from a subordinate in exchange for overtime pay and other perks. The allegations came from a member of his office who described him as a “predator.” Maddrey said he wanted to share his side of the story.
