Jessica Tisch sworn in as new NYPD commissioner

The NYPD officially has a new top cop, the fourth under the Eric Adams administration. Jessica Tisch was sworn in Monday morning as commissioner, becoming only the second woman to lead the department in its 179-year history. NBC New York’s Rana Novini reports.
