It appeared to be a random NYC slashing. Now it's being investigated as a hate crime

It was a disturbing attack in Brooklyn, as a man was slashed in the face by a stranger in a random attack during the morning of Oct. 24. Police believe that man was targeted because he’s Jewish. NBC New York’s Marc Santia reports.
