Helping Ukrainian Refugees in New York and New Jersey

New York and New Jersey said they would welcome Ukrainian refugees in need of a place to stay, but many are saying the U.S. needs to make it easier for the refugees to get into the country. NBC New York’s Sarah Wallace reports.
