George Latimer projected winner of NY-16 with easy win over GOP challenger

In New York’s 16th congressional district, Democrat George Latimer was the projected winner after cruising to a big win over Republican Miriam Levitt Flisser, as the former county executive got 71% of the vote in the district covering the northern Bronx and parts of Westchester County.
