Fire at Bryant Park Winter Village was sparked by cooking oil, NYPD says

An investigation is underway at Bryant Park after a kiosk caught fire in the popular winter village Friday morning. The FDNY said cooking oil is to blame for starting the intense flames captured on video. The fire spread to nearby structures and damaged a tent at the rink. NBC New York’s Brittany Miller reports.
